Rules & Regulations

1.

 Only member of our centre can borrow any books.
( please refer to the membership information.)
2.

 A member can only borrow up to 4 items.
- Books for two weeks;
- cassette tapes, VCD, CD & DVD for a week.
3.
 Library materials maybe borrowed from the reception counter with your membership card.
4.

 Before leaving the centre, a borrower ensures that any library material issued to him on loan is completed and undamaged.
5.

   Library materials may need to be renewed after due date. A charge will be made for library materials returned late at the rate of $1.00 per day for each item .

- Centre will hold no legal obligations or responsibility to such transaction.

- We welcome any enquiries in counter for more details. After filling the forms, your advertisement will be posted for at least two weeks.
